1. Cancel/Modify Order We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. We offer the following conditions for order modification/cancellation:
    • Customers have the right to modify/cancel their orders within 04 hours of successfully placing the order.
    • After 04 hours, any request to cancel or change the order will not be accepted as the order will have been locked for processing and sent to the carrier.
2. How to modify/cancel an order? Follow these steps:
    • Prepare the required information, including the order email, order number (provided by Tecs World in the order confirmation email), and specific requirements for modifying or cancelling the order.
